Just a quick note to let you know I appreciate the advise, tips, strategies, freebies, recommendations and insight you've provided to me over the last few months I've been on your list.

I don't know what it is exactly, but certain people I instinctively know I want to white list in my email account.  It's probably a combination of things - like not sending me three sales pitch messages a day (or even one a day, every darn day), or not getting the same message multiple times the same day because the sender doesn't use a duplicate remover software, or maybe its just the lack of hype.

Whatever it is, I white listed you soon after reading a message or two from you AND I also have archived most of your instructional messages for future reference.  Keep it up!

Top 10 questions for better results

"The wise man doesn't give the right answers, he poses the right questions." - Claude Levi-Strauss

We've all heard the phrase adapted from the bible, "Ask and you shall receive." In regards to this post, I'm going to interpret this to mean the transformative power of learning how to ask of your mind the right questions so that you may receive the answers you seek.

This technology is all about learning how to operate your brain better. You see, you already have most of the answers to your most pressing problems within the recesses of your mind. However, you may not have learned how to access them. Strategic question asking is how it's done. So, now I'm going to reveal to you the top 10 questions I ask of my mind most frequently to stimulate creativity and to achieve better results:

  1. What beliefs and/or behaviors are preventing me from achieving what I want? What must I DO to change them?
  2. What am I going to do today, this week, this month, this year to change my experience in a positive way?
  3. What am I missing?
  4. So, what else can I...?
  5. So, how else can I...?
  6. So, who else can I...?
  7. Is what I'm doing, this minute, moving me measurably closer to my goals?
  8. What is BLOCKING Me Mentally Right Now from Being My Best?
  9. What Results am I committed to achieving by [insert date]?
  10. Is there any unfinished business or nagging issues in my life that I need to tend to? If so, how can I effectively tend to or begin to tend to any of these this moment?

You can use these questions daily, weekly, or in a moment of need when you're stuck in a rut or experiencing mental block. The more you ask, the more profound, helpful, and accurate your answers will become. This takes practice just like anything else.
